AMRI Butterfly Valves by KSB

The AMRI KE is a centred-disc butterfly valve with a PFA-lined body and a PFA-encapsulated disc, built for corrosive and high-purity services where aggressive chemicals demand a fully lined valve.

• Tight shutoff. The shaft passage is sealed by contact pressure between the spherically machined disc and the liner.
• Long service life. PFA offers high chemical resistance and low permeability, and KSB makes its liners in-house in France.
• Built for safety. It has a one-piece shaft and disc, a blowout-proof shaft, and disc position visible at the ISO 5211 shaft end.

Pressure: up to 10 bar (about 145 psi), vacuum rated
Temperature: -20 to +200 °C (-4 to 392 °F)
Body styles: wafer, full-lug or U-section, in nodular cast iron

AMRI KE valves are built at KSB's dedicated valve plant in La Roche-Chalais, in the Dordogne region of southwest France, the home of AMRI butterfly valves since 1966. Design, machining, liner and elastomer production, hand assembly, actuation and testing all happen under one roof. KSB even formulates its own elastomers in its on-site polymer lab, matched to the fluids each valve will handle. Before shipping, valves go through rigorous pressure and leak testing in the plant's own test bunkers, sometimes witnessed by customers and certifying bodies. The result is a valve made start to finish by one team, built to order for your service.
